About My Clients
Therapy can feel intimidating at times, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress, major life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed by what life has thrown your way, I aim to walk alongside you with compassion, authenticity, and support as you work toward healing, growth, and a stronger connection with yourself.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from New York University, where I further developed my passion for supporting individuals through meaningful emotional growth and healing. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges, and I remain deeply passionate about helping clients experience meaningful growth, healing, and self-understanding. While I have experience working with clients across the lifespan, I primarily work with adults ages 18 and older who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that may leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. My therapeutic approach is integrative and individualized. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness, IFS, person centered therapy, and more.
