About My Clients
I provide individual and couples counseling in a safe, supportive, non judgmental environment. My office is located in the Montrose neighborhood in Houston and I can provide an initial 15 min complementary phone consult prior to our meeting. I am here to work with you on your goals and support the change that is possible in your life.
My Background and Approach
My background includes individual, couples, and group therapy. I have worked in outpatient substance use treatment, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, in-school support groups, and integrated behavioral health in a primary care clinic.
