About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families, from teens through older adults, navigating anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, OCD, family conflict, and relationship issues. I have particular experience with first responders and with grief, addiction, and major life transitions. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome clients of all identities. Whether you're feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward, I offer a space to be heard and build real, lasting change at your own pace.
My Background and Approach
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family/Marital therapy, Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Trauma-Focused work, tailoring each session to what you need rather than a one-size-fits-all model. My clients describe me as easy to talk to, understanding, and non-judgmental. Together we break challenges into manageable steps and build coping strategies, clarity, and confidence along the way. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to do it alone. From our first session, my goal is a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences and working toward growth. A bit about me: I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Nevada, practicing since 2018, with a Master's in Counseling from Walden University. Outside of session, I share my home with two cats who remind me daily to slow down, be present, and find moments of play.
