My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach, merging Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), CPT, Solution-Focused, Adlerian, Mindfulness-based Therapy and EMDR (Part 1 Training). I find that when we become aware of how behaviors are conditioned, we develop introspection which leads to effective goals to eliminate negative behaviors while introducing new, positive behaviors. My goal is to help you develop beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that make you a better you, and I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
