Ryan Rutkowski

My approach to therapy is meeting you where you are at and to help support you in your journey of life. I offer a safe space to cry, to laugh, to mourn, and to be completely yourself. This space is a place where you will be heard and supported. My role is not to fix you or to impose my views on how to live. My role is to observe and reflect alongside you while I watch you accomplish your goals for yourself or your child. I have experience with emotion regulation, parent management, mindfulness, behavioral health, family systems, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and developmental disabilities. I will utilize evidence based therapy tools such as CBT, play therapy, behavioral modification and more when applicable. Let’s be real, life can be hard! I know first hand the importance of having someone to help and support during difficult times. Whether that is learning to cope with depression, anxiety, or wanting to improve your family’s relationship.
