I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working in medical, mental health, and substance use treatment settings. My background includes supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life changes, as well as working with adolescents, adults, and families impacted by stress and loss. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
