I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist that uses a gentle, responsive, and affirming approach to therapy.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Ontario, CA

About My Clients

My practice is built around working with adults who are members of the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, polyamorous, kink/BDSM, and body-diverse communities because I know how exhausting it can be to spend half of therapy explaining your identity, correcting assumptions, or wondering if you'll be judged. I have a passion for working with marginalized folks from diverse backgrounds, including the communities mentioned above, as well as BIPOC and other communities that have a history of oppression.

My Background and Approach

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing virtual therapy to adults throughout California. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, creating a space that is affirming and collaborative. I specialize in working with trauma, marginalization, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, sex and intimacy concerns, and polyamorous, consensually non-monogamous, and other nontraditional relationships. My approach combines practical tools with genuine curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and build a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling. I utilize an integrative approach, meaning I pull from several theories to individualize your care and ensure whatever we are doing in therapy is benefitting you and your unique needs. My foundation is in humanistic, person-centered therapy, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people deserve the freedom to make informed decisions about their own bodies, identities, relationships, and lives. I believe that disability, neurodivergence, body size, race, gender, sexuality, and other parts of who we are should never determine our worth or whether we deserve dignity, respect, or access to care. I believe our systems are imperfect, and that many of the struggles people bring into therapy are shaped not just by individual experiences, but by the world they have to navigate every day. That includes barriers to healthcare, discrimination, poverty, ableism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, and countless other forms of oppression that don't disappear when someone walks into a therapy session. I also believe that people deserve agency. Whether that's making decisions about their healthcare, finding community through a diagnosis (or self-diagnosis), reducing harm instead of chasing perfection, or defining what a meaningful life looks like for the
