About My Clients
I help individuals who are struggling with mental health issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, and obsessive compulsive disorder. If you find yourself excessively ruminating, "beating yourself up," or feeling stuck in those "worst case scenarios," you may be a good fit for my style of therapy. I take joy in redirecting my clients' harmful thought patterns and reminding them that they are worthy of self-love and personal growth.
