About My Clients
I specialize in working with people who are queer, transgender, gender expansive, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or questioning identity. I also love working with folks who are high achievers, highly sensitive, and empathic who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, rejected, misunderstood and alone. Together, we will build a life you love. Where you connect with others while putting yourself first, achieve your goals, develop self love and heal so you can show up for yourself in the way you deserve.
My Background and Approach
I help you know that you're not alone in figuring out what's happening or what you're going through. Together we can navigate the areas of your life that you may want to change and that healing is possible (even when it's scary and hard as hell!). We will work together to identity areas of change and work towards growth. Therapy can be overwhelming and scary at first so I try my best to create a space where you feel heard, seen, and respected. And most importantly, where you know you're supported and we move at your pace. We'll take things slow if we need to and ease into the work. My goal is for you to leave feeling more at ease and like it wasn't as "bad" as you thought it might be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe you have everything inside of you that you need to heal. We will work together to re-build that inner trust and confidence. I'm a fierce advocate for queer, trans and gender expansive people and am passionate about creating brave spaces to heal within community. Our community is resilient and powerful and deserve to have our voices heard. Representation matters and connecting with your therapist over shared identities is a powerful part of that.
