My Background and Approach
I provide psychotherapy and counseling for adults navigating a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation concerns, substance use concerns, and self-esteem juggles. My approach is grounded in creating a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe exploring their experiences and working toward growth. Together, we will identify patterns, build greater self-awareness, and develop skills to help you manage challenges more effectively. I believe therapy is not about changing who you are, but about helping you better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and create a life that feels more fulfilling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe meaningful change begins with feeling understood and supported. Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, but seeking help is a reflection of strength, self-awareness, and a desire for something different. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be heard, valued, and accepted. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to meet each person with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique experiences. My goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, develop greater confidence, and move toward a life guided by their values and goals.
