About My Clients
I primarily work with adults (18 and older), couples, and families. I work best with people who are seeking positive change, and are motivated to work hard for the life they want. In addition to individual psychotherapy, I periodically facilitate closed groups, and provide clinical supervision to other mental health clinicians and interns.
My Background and Approach
My practice focuses on treating anxiety, depression, intimacy and relational issues, trauma, sexual addiction, alcohol and substance abuse, codependency and co-addiction, and personality issues. Having served as the Director of Clinical Services at The LGBT Community Center, my work has been focused primarily on gay men’s health and well-being. I provide therapy in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself openly. I have practiced for over a decade, with extensive experience in supervising other therapists. I work with each person as an individual and tailor my treatment approach to your unique needs.
