About My Clients

Welcome to your wellness journey! I provide a safe, supportive space to express yourself and develop skills to manage anxiety and depression. Using art therapy, we’ll work together to improve mental health, reduce stress, and build trusting connections. I specialize in helping children (10+), teens, and adults who are creative and expressive. I speak both Armenian and English.

My Background and Approach

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and understood. My approach is humanistic and person-centered, which means I view you as the expert of your own life and focus on building a genuine, trusting relationship. Together, we explore your strengths, challenges, and goals at your pace, without judgment or pressure. I also integrate art therapy to help children, teens, and adults express emotions that may be difficult to put into words, offering creative ways to heal and grow. I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges, with a focus on cultivating self-acceptance, resilience, and healthier coping skills. I am fluent in Armenian and English, allowing me to serve diverse clients and families. Whether you are seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, clarity in relationships, or space for personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where everyone feels accepted for who they are. My values are rooted in compassion, authenticity, and connection. I support LGBTQ+ rights and strive to create an inclusive space where clients can bring their whole selves without fear of judgment. As someone who speaks both Armenian and English, I understand the importance of culture and identity in shaping our experiences and want clients to feel that all parts of their story are welcome. I also care deeply about reducing the stigma around mental health and making it easier for people to reach out for support. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy being creative, spending time in nature, and giving back through volunteer work, especially with organizations that support both people and animals. These values guide the way I show up as a counselor and as a person—open, supportive, and committed to helping others grow.
