With extensive professional and personal experience in all of these areas, I'm extremely passionate about finding the right tools to give you relief in a time and cost-effective manner. I use neuroscience, lots of communication between sessions, and a sense of humor to get the results you want.

Together we create a reasonable & achievable roadmap to work with your challenges in a successful and empowering way. I pride myself on easy and effective communication between sessions. I am available for phone and Telehealth sessions and I offer booster sessions (30 min) because sometimes, that's all we need.
