About My Clients
On the outside, your life looks great. You’ve got the career, the family, the vacations, the nights out—but deep down, something feels... off. You can’t quite put your finger on it. You’re stuck in a cycle of discontent. That’s where I come in. Through a down-to-earth, relatable therapeutic approach you'll make real changes without pressure or judgment. You might be navigating stress, relationships, and major life changes.
My Background and Approach
A Comfortable, Supportive Space – No pressure, no pretense—just real conversations that help you move forward. A Collaborative Approach – We work together to understand what’s holding you back and find practical solutions. No Therapy Jargon – Just clear, actionable support that makes sense for your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with adolescents, adults navigating life transitions, and educators battling burnout. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, or struggling with major life changes, I bring a unique perspective to therapy. As a school counselor, I have firsthand knowledge of how stress and anxiety impact both students and professionals, and I’m here to help you work through these challenges with empathy and understanding. I take a client-centered approach that’s grounded in empathy and respect. I draw on a variety of evidence-based techniques, including mindfulness and solution-focused therapy, to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and empowered to make positive changes. When I’m not working as a therapist or school counselor, you can usually find me outdoors with my kids, hiking through the beautiful Colorado mountains, exploring new restaurants, or enjoying a baseball game.
