Ruth has provided individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in community outpatient mental health and private practice settings.
My Background and Approach
Ruth works collaboratively with clients and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and self-harm behaviors. Ruth uses goal-oriented therapy and DBT to help clients develop new skills in order to cope and change unhealthy behaviors.
