About My Clients
Does it feel like your mind is always preparing for the next problem? Maybe anxiety, stress, or a major life change has left you feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. I know how exhausting it can be when worry begins to affect your confidence, relationships, and everyday life. You do not have to figure everything out alone. I will meet you with compassion, listen without judgment, and help you find practical tools that work for you. Together, we will explore how growth is possible
My Background and Approach
For more than 10 years, my practice has focused on helping people understand and manage anxiety and panic attacks. I am direct, compassionate, and solution-focused. We will work collaboratively to address the symptoms affecting you right now, beginning with practical ways to regain a sense of control over your body and thoughts. Throughout my career, I have developed and refined a wide range of therapeutic tools to help people experiencing anxiety. My goal is for you to leave therapy with at least five practical techniques you can use wherever you are. These discreet exercises are designed to help you calm your nervous system, manage anxious thoughts, and find relief when fear begins to take over. I have completed specialized training in current, evidence-informed approaches to anxiety treatment. Together, we will explore what happens in your brain and body during anxiety, identify your triggers and patterns, and practice strategies that work for you. As your skills and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has the capacity to change and grow at any stage of life. Anxiety can develop during difficult experiences, uncertainty, and major life transitions, but it does not have to control your future. Through a compassionate, direct, and solution-focused approach, I help clients understand unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping tools, and build healthier responses. My faith guides the hope, integrity, compassion, and grace I bring to therapy. When desired, faith and spirituality can be incorporated as sources of strength, meaning, and healing, while each client’s individual beliefs and values are respected. Together, we will address what is happening now, strengthen your confidence, and help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. If you are ready to begin, please send me a message. I also believe laughter can be therapeutic, although I cannot promise that every joke will be.
