About My Clients

Are you exhausted from holding everything together while silently falling apart? Maybe you’re snapping at loved ones, struggling to sleep, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself in motherhood. The joy is there—but so is the overwhelm, anxiety, and guilt. I see you. You’re not broken—you’re carrying more than your nervous system was meant to hold alone. I use trauma-informed, holistic practices like EMDR, somatic work, and parts therapy to help you feel grounded, present, and whole again.

My Background and Approach

By working together, you’ll begin to move from survival mode into a place of greater calm, clarity, and connection. You’ll learn how to gently process trauma, regulate your nervous system, and respond to the demands of motherhood/life without losing yourself in the process. You may find yourself more patient, more present, and more attuned to YOUR needs. I specialize in perinatal mental health and trauma, offering a supportive, compassionate space to slow down, heal, and gently reconnect with yourself. Whether you're facing fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, new motherhood, parenting overwhelm, or the emotional shifts of perimenopause—you don’t have to go through it alone. You deserve support that meets you with care, not judgment. Together, we’ll move at your pace—whether that means processing trauma with EMDR, tuning into your body through somatic work, or exploring your inner world with parts work and attachment-based therapy. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I became a therapist because of my own experiences with trauma and the ways therapy helped me feel whole again. I first trained to support women who have experienced sexual exploitation and became trauma-informed to do that work with care and integrity. After the ups and downs of my own journey to motherhood and facing postpartum anxiety, I pursued advanced training in perinatal mental health. Motherhood often brings up unresolved childhood wounds and unprocessed pain, yet so few women are given space to tend to it. One in five experience perinatal mood or anxiety disorders, and one in four will face pregnancy loss—yet many feel alone. I don't want others to feel the isolation I did. I offer a warm, attuned space where women feel supported, seen, and empowered to trust their voice, their body, and their path forward. Alongside private practice, I remain committed to social justice and pro bono care to expand access to quality, compassionate healing support for all who need it.
