My Background and Approach
I have worked in every setting from the most acute to those struggling with life transitions. I find we all need independent support at times. Finding a good therapist shouldn't be hard. I offer a free consultation to ensure we will be a good fit. I know how hard the recovery process is, and once you undertake that process, I will be committed to your success. I am a trauma therapist, a couples therapist, and I have worked hard to create my own systems of therapy from the clinical data to help parents have healthy and effective family systems. I have owned and lead businesses over the years. I am experienced with the difficulties and stresses of leadership. I specialize in helping individuals with high stress professional careers.

I believe that a therapist should have value objectivity. That means I need to be careful to ensure I don't place my values on you or expect that we align. I am here to support you in yours.
