About My Clients

I work with adults and parents who are carrying a lot—emotionally, mentally, and relationally. Many of my clients feel anxious, burned out, or disconnected from themselves after years of prioritizing work, family, or cultural expectations. They often arrive wanting clarity, steadiness, and space to be honest without being judged. I offer a relational, culturally responsive approach where we slow down, explore patterns, and build practical tools so you can feel more grounded, understood.

My Background and Approach

My work is deeply informed by my experience supporting individuals from immigrant and South Asian communities, where cultural expectations, intergenerational dynamics, and achievement pressure often shape emotional wellbeing in complex ways. My clinical approach is relational, evidence-based, and culturally responsive. I draw from nervous system–informed care, cognitive and attachment-based frameworks, and practical skill building to help clients better understand their emotional patterns and internal responses. Therapy with me is collaborative and reflective—we move at a pace that feels safe while focusing on insight, regulation, and meaningful change. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported without having to explain or minimize their lived experiences. I offer evidenced based strategies to offer tools and building lasting relations.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

In my practice, I provide a nurturing therapeutic relationship that honors diversity and considers the complexity of each individual. I work from a culturally sensitive care while undergoing continuous education around multicultural aspects of each individual. I am passionate about working with people from different racial, ethnic, gender and socioeconomical background. I strongly believe that therapy is everyones right. Coming from a secular country, I identify as a BIPOC therapist with a strong understanding of the effect of culture on each individual. My own journey in the mental health system brought me to this path in my life and I am forever grateful for it. For me, taking care of mind-body-soul is the epitome of success in life. Feel free to send me a message if you would like to know more about me.
