It takes a lot of courage to seek therapy because you are ready to take the first step to change something about your life. My Background and Approach
I have always been compassionate in helping and supporting individuals who have challenges due to developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. I craft a treatment plan for each client and utilize therapeutic modalities such as Strengths-Based Approach, Mindfulness Practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Approach, Motivational Interviewing and Social Thinking Curriculum. I also support individuals who have had traumatic experiences utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
