About My Clients
You may look like you're holding it all together — yet something inside still feels disconnected, heavy, or missing. Whether you're navigating cultural pressure, ancestral patterns, relational wounds, or a spiritual awakening that has left you feeling lost — this is a space to slow down and find your way back. Many of my clients come from South Asian or Middle Eastern backgrounds — though this work welcomes all adults ready for this depth.
My Background and Approach
I offer two distinct pathways for healing and growth. Through Somatic Psychotherapy — available to California residents via telehealth — we move beyond traditional talk therapy to work directly with the wisdom held in your body, untangling relational wounds, nervous system patterns, and the roles that keep you performing rather than living. This is clinical work grounded in 20 years of practice and training in depth psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Through Psychospiritual Integration — available worldwide — this work supports spiritual awakening, deep inner inquiry, and the integration of deeper states into daily living, drawing on over 15 years of advanced training in Diamond Logos teachings. I have particular experience with those navigating cultural identity, ancestral trauma, and spiritual longing — including South Asian and desi communities — and have a working knowledge of Hindi.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that suffering, when met with compassionate presence and genuine inquiry, becomes a doorway — not a destination. The body holds what the mind has tried to manage, the soul holds what the body has tried to contain, and real healing asks us to listen to all of it. My own path — from software engineer to somatic psychotherapist to psychospiritual guide — was fueled by exactly this kind of reckoning, and I know what it is to feel lost and slowly find your way back to something real. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for those drawn to depth work who need financial flexibility — please reach out, as I'm open to a conversation about what feels sustainable.
