About My Clients
Dr. Bhargava specializes in working with individuals (6 +) who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and daily life stressors. She works with couples and families that are facing post-partum issues, adjustment issues, relationship difficulties, and communication difficulties. Dr. Bhargava also provides psychological and psychoeducational assessments.
My Background and Approach
Dr. Bhargava graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Psychology. She then earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and went on to earn her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the APA-accredited Gallaudet University. Dr. Bhargava can provide therapeutic and assessment services to the Hard of Hearing and Deaf population. She uses various modalities of treatment ranging from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy while incorporating Mindfulness Based Techniques to help clients overcome their difficulties and reach their goals.
