About My Clients

I work with adults, teens and couples seeking deeper healing—those navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma, or long-standing patterns. Many feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, longing for meaning and clarity. With six years in recovery work, I support clients exploring the unconscious, tending old wounds, and reclaiming forgotten parts of themselves. This is a grounded, reflective space to reconnect with who you’re becoming.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and have six years of experience working in recovery, supporting individuals navigating trauma, addiction, and profound life transitions. My training is rooted in Jungian, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed modalities, allowing me to work with both the practical and symbolic layers of your experience. I specialize in exploring unconscious patterns, early relationships, dreams, and the ways past wounds shape present life. My approach is relational, reflective, and depth-oriented—focused not just on symptom relief but on cultivating lasting change. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, make sense of inner complexities, and reconnect with what feels most authentic. Together, we’ll follow the threads of story, symbol, and emotion to uncover what’s been long ignored or exiled. Clients benefit from a therapeutic process that honors both psyche and soul, inviting clarity, self-understanding, and a deeper sense of wholeness

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is a collaborative, humanizing process where every person deserves to feel seen, valued, and met with dignity. I’m committed to practicing through a lens of compassion, cultural humility, and ongoing self-reflection. My work is informed by a belief in the inherent worth of all people and in the importance of tending both individual and collective wounds. I support LGBTQIA+ communities, harm-reduction principles, and movements that work toward equity and justice. My years in recovery work taught me the power of second chances, community care, and honoring each person’s resilience. I value imagination, creativity, and the inner life, and I believe healing deepens when we make space for story, symbol, ancestry, and the wisdom carried in emotion.
