About My Clients
Are you tired of being told that "something is wrong with you" or told what you should or should not be doing? Have you been reluctant to seek out a therapist, fearing they would not understand you? Have you seen therapists in the past, but felt it did little to nothing for you? This person used to be me, and I now know that it can be different. I am here to help you take control of your life. You, as the expert of your own life, will get to choose what it looks like.
My Background and Approach
I practice with a client-centered and trauma informed lens. This is "therapy talk" for: we start our therapy work with you at the center. I am trained in EMDR and AIR Network, both are trauma modalities that can be used in our work together. With these and other modalities you will be able to take control of your life.
