About My Clients
Life can feel overwhelming, whether you're navigating complex relationship dynamics, managing work pressures, balancing parenting responsibilities, or processing difficult moments from the past. At times, it may feel like you’re barely holding it all together, and the weight of it all can leave you feeling drained, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. Give me the hard stuff, and let’s take the next step toward healing and growth. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy with compassion, understanding the complexities of trauma, and utilizing person-centered, trauma-informed methods, including EMDR, Ego States, and Structural Dissociation. My focus is on attunement, ensuring each client’s unique needs are prioritized in a safe and supportive environment. I recognize that trauma work can be challenging, so I move at the client’s pace, fostering a collaborative relationship that allows for gradual relief and resilience-building. Through this approach, I empower clients to navigate their healing journey, promoting lasting change and emotional well-being, while helping them develop greater strength and self-awareness in their daily lives.
