About My Clients
I work with all populations, and I especially enjoy supporting children, teens, adolescents, and young adults. I help clients navigate life transitions, build self-esteem, manage anxiety, and strengthen relationships with peers and family. My clients come to therapy seeking clarity, growth, and a safe space to be heard. I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach and aim to meet each person where they are so we can move forward at a pace that feels right for them.
My Background and Approach
I’m an AMFT with experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across all ages, with a particular focus on children, teens, adolescents, and young adults. I help clients with anxiety, self-esteem, peer and family relationships, relational challenges, and life transitions. I take a collaborative and empathetic approach, meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels right. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, and experiential approaches to help clients explore emotions, improve communication, strengthen connections, and develop practical strategies for daily life. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.
