Battling through depression, anxiety, past trauma and being able to come out of those raging storms has changed the trajectory of my life to help those might feel as though the weight of the world is drowning them. You are not alone! I understand the suffocating torment of debilitating thoughts and how those emotions can bring us to a place where we feel we cannot move on any further. The compassion I have gained for others is my desire to see you succeed, find hope, and rewrite your story.
My Background and Approach
After overcoming trauma of my own, my passion has been to help others do the same by meeting them with compassion, understanding, and no judgment. You are so brave to take this first step in your new chapter towards healing. My approach is to be genuine and allow that authenticity to bring comfort so my clients can also do the same. I understand that it takes time and effort to heal and I am here to help work through the process. I am here to listen, to encourage and to provide guidance. We are not alone in what we face and by joining together, we are stronger to make it through to the other side of a brighter tomorrow and promising future. I will work to ensure that you feel seen, heard, and respected, so that you can open up and trust the process. I am here to provide understanding, empathy, and acceptance, while challenging you to reach your goals and dreams. My ultimate desire is to help you find peace and happiness in life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe there is hope for anyone who walks through my door wanting to pursue a new path in their life. There is nothing we cannot accomplish if we take that first step towards our healing and freedom. Every person deserves to live their life to the fullest abundance and my desire is to help you find the tools and skills to achieve it. I do not believe we are defined by our past, whatever that may look like. I survived some of the most darkest of days, whether it was traumatic experiences from childhood, relationships, or my own undoing. It was through therapy and healthy communities that I found the keys to unlock my freedom and healing from depression and anxiety. Taking what I have learned, my passion is to help you find your healing and push past whatever barriers are holding you back.
