About My Clients
I work with children of immigrants, QTBIPOC, and multicultural folks who are navigating identity, culture, and belonging. You may feel pulled between different expectations, questioning where you fit, or carrying the weight of anxiety, family pressure, or uncertainty about who you’re becoming. Together, we create space to explore your identity at your own pace—honoring where you come from while making room for who you are and who you want to be.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in your lived experience. I draw from ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, somatic work, and creative practices like art—adapting each session to what feels most supportive for you. Whether we’re working through family dynamics, identity exploration, anxiety, or fear, I’ll meet you with curiosity and care. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, build insight, and move toward your values in a way that feels sustainable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is rooted in liberation, justice, and community care. I believe therapy exists within larger social and political systems, and I strive to practice in a way that honors cultural identity while actively challenging oppression. I am committed to ongoing learning and unlearning, and I aim to create a space where your full self is seen, respected, and supported. Outside of therapy I find grounding in spending time with my community, working on pieces at my pottery studio, laughing until my belly hurts, and cooking comforting meals that remind me of home.
