I love working with clients of all ages, from children to adults.
My Background and Approach
Since receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in Community Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from John Brown University, I’ve worked over 15 years in community mental health, school settings, and private practice. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Utilizing client-centered and cognitive behavior therapy techniques, my passion is working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with adjustment, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
