Fluent in English and Spanish, I specialize in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, eating disorders, insomnia, and mood disorders. My treatment methods include evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and trauma-focused care. I also emphasize holistic techniques, including mindfulness and stress reduction, to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals aged 12 and older.
