About My Clients
You may be looking for support because your child is struggling with anxiety, big emotions, behavioral challenges, or a difficult life transition. Or perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed as a parent and unsure where to turn. I work with children, adolescents, and families to strengthen relationships, build emotional resilience, and navigate life's challenges in a supportive, compassionate environment where healing and growth can take root.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and advanced training through a predoctoral fellowship in Infant, Early Childhood, and Family Mental Health at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. My experience includes inpatient psychiatry, intensive outpatient treatment, and private practice. This diverse background allows me to support children, adolescents, adults, and families with compassion, practical tools, and evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, life transitions, and family relationship challenges, always with the goal of helping clients feel understood, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
