My Background and Approach
As a Relational/ Experiential therapist specializing in hybrid Relationship and Sex therapy, my approach integrates core tenants of Emotionally Focused Individual/ Couples Therapy and The Gottman Method to bring deeper emotional insight and practical skills-building into the work. This balance best enables you to take the work out of therapy and into your relationships.
