I specialize in treating adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss, personality disorders, and low self-esteem. I am EMDR-trained and work with clients dealing with grief and loss.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have over a decade of experience. I am EMDR trained with experience trauma and disassociation disorders. I have attended trainings that teach leading edge techniques. Change requires courage, and I will be there to listen, support, and uplift you along the way.
