My Background and Approach
I obtained my Masters of Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Child, Youth, & Family Studies with a specialization in Couples and Family Therapy. I have clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. Psychotherapy is about gaining insight to undo patterns that previously served a purpose, but now are getting you stuck in life. My commitment is to meet you where you are and help guide you to reach your therapy goals.
