About My Clients
My clients are women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, intergenerational and developmental trauma and/or, major life transitions. The women that I work with often struggle with prioritizing their own needs and feel weighed down by the "you should" voice that dictates their every move. After our work, they get their voices back, prioritize themselves, and learn how to embrace a joyful life.
My Background and Approach
I spent seventeen years in the legal field and eight as a stay at home mom before shifting course to join the helping profession. Growing up in an environment full of conflict shaped a deep passion for working with women and young adults who carry similar stories. My approach is eclectic by design. No two people walk through trauma the same way. Whether it's intergenerational patterns or developmental wounds, I shape the work around the person in front of me. I've walked a path that many young adults are navigating right now, and that shared understanding allows me to offer real guidance rooted in lived experience. Life stressors play a role, too. A divorce, a career shift, identity changes. Anxiety and depression grow where pressure builds, and I help people untangle how those pieces intersect. We live in a world that tells us to do it all. The truth is, asking for help isn't weakness. It's one of the bravest things you can do, no matter your age or where you are in life.
