Many times in our lives there are moments in which we struggle and are not sure how to move forward. We need someone to listen or help guide us in the path we see fit. Therapy is about building a relationship and learning how to maneuver through the emotional boundaries that are being effected in your life. Depression, anxiety, and grief are many of the side effects of a worldwide pandemic but also of years of mental health services not being readily accessible to our communities.
My Background and Approach
The treatment modalities I gravitate to are Internal Family Systems, (I am Level 1 Certified), Structural, and Strategic Therapy. Foremost, I will assist you with compassion and curiosity on how to best help during a time in which it feels you might be alone or no one understands you. Whether its your teenager, couple, or family I can provide services for you.
