About My Clients
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Perhaps you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, relationship challenges, or a difficult life transition. My experience includes working with at-risk adolescents and supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I use a compassionate, client-centered, and strengths-based approach, recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I integrate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic approaches, and other evidence-based practices based on each client’s needs. With children, I incorporate play therapy techniques to provide a developmentally appropriate way to express emotions, process experiences, and build skills. My experience working with at-risk adolescents, adults, children, and families has taught me the importance of building trust and meeting clients where they are. As a bilingual therapist providing services in English and Spanish, I also strive to create a culturally responsive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we can identify your strengths, develop practical tools, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
