I can help you understand these thoughts to be able to manage them and continue to live your life. I help people who are suffering from anxiety and depression by teaching them and inviting them to understand where these thoughts are coming from and why they are happening.
My Background and Approach
I like to use cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness to enhance awareness and increase mindfulness in our day-to-day life. You don't have to do this alone, you're already taking the first step in this journey, meeting with a therapist and working together to overcome these difficult challenges and obstacles is something we can tackle together.
