Perhaps you're scared or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future, or just don't feel okay. These feelings can lead to random and persistent thoughts that can last for an hour or days. Using a CBT approach, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them grow and develop skills that can help them take control of their mental health.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote honesty and guidance by being present and in the moment to help you in whatever you are going through. Every therapist is different and every therapist has their own style of therapy. I use an eclectic approach, utilizing techniques from CBT, Mindfulness, Neuroplasticity, and ACT to treat depression, anxiety, stress, and many others. I am realistic and even use humor to provide you with support.
