About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I have been working as a LMHC for the past 10 years. My experience includes treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem issues as well as addiction. My experience also includes providing counseling for professional adults, single adults, children, families, adolescents and young adults. My approach is to develop a therapeutic alliance with my clients in a climate of trust and respect for their unfolding life story. I believe in a working partnership with clients. I utilize their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals through solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy for positive change.
