About My Clients
I work with high school and college-aged clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and related challenges. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated when symptoms interfere with school, relationships, or independence. My clients are often bright, capable students who benefit from structured support, practical coping strategies, and clear tools for managing emotions, expectations, and daily demands.
My Background and Approach
My approach is structured, practical, and evidence-based. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand patterns of thinking and behavior while building concrete skills for managing anxiety, ADHD, and OCD. For OCD, I incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in a supportive, developmentally appropriate way to reduce avoidance and regain functioning. I also place strong emphasis on executive functioning skills, including organization, time management, planning, emotional regulation, and follow-through. Therapy is collaborative and goal-oriented, with a focus on real-world application, accountability, and helping clients function more effectively at school, home, and in daily life.
