My Background and Approach
I provide a therapeutic atmosphere where there is no room for judgement and regards for your privacy. I provide CBT, person centered and person strength approach as my therapeutic techniques, while letting my clients know what makes them special and believe in their inner strengths.

When you feel depressed and as though all hope is lost, when you struggle to overcome your challenges with addiction, anxiety, abuse or need to find your identity, I am there to give you a hand during these challenging times so that you do not have to go through them alone and acquire the necessary guidance that will aid you in overcoming these and any other challenges that may arise.
