My Background and Approach
Using trauma-informed therapy, I provide specialized treatment for individuals grappling with traumas, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. By integrating evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), I aim to help clients heal from past traumas, manage symptoms effectively, and cultivate resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the strength to overcome life's challenges, even the most difficult ones. I understand how hard it can be to find purpose or meaning at times. As a trauma survivor, I can relate to those moments of darkness. However, with the right professional support, it's possible to navigate through challenges, build resilience, regain self-trust, and become the person you want to be.
