My Background and Approach
As a dually licensed professional, I have passionately served a diverse range of individuals living with Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, Dissociation, and Gender Identity Exploration to name a few. Whether these are current or past issues you are looking to seek help with, I am eager to help you! My education and experiences have provided me with the foundation to serve and address a wide range of backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses and therapeutic issues. When I work, I like to take a collaborative approach utilizing your strengths and my knowledge, so we can do this together! I look forward to working with couples and individuals virtually through telehealth. I take a humanistic perspective and look at treatment planning through a psychodynamic lens. I do teach Graduate psychology and I teach theories of counseling and psychotherapy so I like to integrate theories, techniques and treatment modalities that are appropriate for each individual person.
