I specialize in helping women of color (BIPOC) heal from complex childhood trauma and dissociative disorders stemming from sexual abuse.
My Background and Approach
I have been in the field of trauma healing and recovery since 2007.I have advanced training in research-based trauma recovery models: EMDR, Havening, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Focused Yoga Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Additionally, I strongly emphasize connecting with your inner child, your Higher Power, and Spirituality to help you on your healing path. Clients that work with me are serious, committed, and ready to heal. My clients understand that healing childhood sexual abuse is a journey, not a destination.
