About My Clients
My experience includes working with clients of all ages in a variety of settings, including a grief support agency, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and within the foster care system.
My Background and Approach
I have training in psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy, and understand individuals from an attachment-based, trauma-informed, and internal family system lens. My goal is to create a safe environment for clients to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences, without judgement. I work collaboratively with clients to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships, and trauma responses.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am committed to working from an anti-oppressive framework. I strive to create a space for all voices to be heard in a way that is inclusive and non-shaming. I believe every person deserves to have their story heard. I am looking forward to assisting you in the journey of self-discovery and healing.
