About My Clients
Life can bring challenges that keep us from connecting to our authentic self. If you are struggling with recovering from the impact of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, divorce, or grief, I can support you through your journey. The impact of trauma can result in work-life balance issues, relationship issues, and struggles with life-transitions. I can help by being present for you and by providing you with tools & resources to help you navigate your life.
My Background and Approach
I began my career as a therapist in 2014, working primarily with survivors of domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, and immigrant women.I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy. I focus on you as a person, and utilize the tools and experience I’ve gained throughout the years to support you in your healing journey. I love incorporating attachment focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and the Poly Vagal Theory in my work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe it takes compassion and a deep understanding of trauma dynamics to help survivors begin their healing process. My hope is that you find your authentic self in this journey, and in doing so allow your light to shine. Allow me to be your guide through this journey. You are worth it!
