As a therapist with over two decades of experience in women's mental health, I specialize in supporting women through the unique challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I provide virtual counseling services to women across California, drawing from both my professional expertise and personal experience as a mother of three daughters. I understand the unique challenges women face today. You don’t have to face the ups and downs of pregnancy, pre-pregnancy, or motherhood alone. I’m here to support you through the challenges of postpartum depression, anxiety, and relationship strains. As the leader of the postpartum support program at a major Los Angeles medical center for over 20 years, I’ve gained deep insight into the pressures women face during these life transitions. I know from my own journey that with the right support, it does get better. Certified in Perinatal Mental Health, Pediatric Sleep Consulting, and as a Parent Coach (Certified in Positive Discipline), I bring warmth, empathy, and expertise to our sessions. In my free time, you’ll likely find me with a cup of coffee, spending time with family, or binge-watching a new series on Hulu.
