I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with nearly 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I’ve worked with young adults, professionals, and parents navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, and life transitions. My approach is flexible, collaborative, and trauma-informed—grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a safe, no-judgment zone to be seen and heard just as they are. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about supporting your unique path and helping you find your strengths. Healing isn’t a straight line, and it’s totally normal to have messy, confusing moments. For me, balance comes from traveling, binge-watching American crime dramas, and seeing my own therapist regularly. Music is my go-to for keeping my mood in check—a reminder that self-care is a work in progress.
