Together, we’ll work on coping skills, emotional regulation, and building confidence so you can move through life with more clarity and stability.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing and growth are possible at any stage of life. Many of the challenges we face like anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed are shaped by our experiences, and with the right support, they can be understood and worked through. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can show up as you are without judgment. My goal is to help you feel heard, build practical tools, and gain confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
